Livestock and poultry harmless treatment equipment is general standardized environmental disposal equipment covering the whole breeding industry, suitable for harmless disposal of dead livestock and animal by-products generated in all livestock breeding, slaughtering and quarantine links, divided into small integrated models and large supporting pipeline units. This promotion focuses on compact integrated models. Adopting mainstream core high-temperature negative pressure rendering & drying technology in the industry, it realizes thorough pathogen disinfection via mature high-temperature sterilization technology. The whole process operates under closed negative pressure to control odor and epidemic spread pollution from the source. The equipment completes full procedures including dead livestock crushing, 130℃ high-temperature sterilization and negative pressure dehydration drying. Treated materials are processed into meat bone meal and industrial grease, achieving three-in-one disposal goals of waste volume reduction, harmless treatment and resource utilization. Four standard single batch models (200/500/1000/2000kg) are provided to meet demands of all-level clients from individual farmers, medium-small farms to small treatment centers. Complete Process Flow
- Raw material crushing pre-treatment: Dead livestock carcasses and slaughter by-products are fed into crushing unit, crushed and automatically conveyed to rendering chamber;
- High-temperature negative pressure sterilization disinfection: PLC controls temperature to 130℃ with continuous material stirring. Combined high temperature and negative pressure thoroughly eliminate all pathogenic microorganisms;
- Negative pressure constant-temperature drying & dehydration: Chamber maintains negative pressure ≤ -0.06MPa, materials are dried at constant 100–140℃ for 4–6 hours to rapidly remove material moisture;
- Recycled product separation & discharging: Dried sterile materials are automatically discharged and separated into high-protein meat bone meal and industrial grease, recyclable as raw materials for organic fertilizer and biodiesel.
