A: Prices vary depending on model and supporting accessories. We can provide customized solutions and quotation sheets based on your requirements.
Q: Does the quotation cover the main unit, auxiliary systems and deodorization system?
A: The quotation only applies to the standard version, which includes the main equipment and basic deodorization system. Other items are excluded. We can offer an overall quotation tailored to your site conditions.
Q: Does the quotation include installation, commissioning, transportation, insurance and taxes?
A: Final prices differ by model and accessories. We can formulate solutions and quotations according to your actual demands.

Q: What equipment do you supply? What are the functions of each type?
A: We offer a wide range of products across multiple series, including fermentation tanks, harmless treatment equipment, manure pretreatment equipment, water filtration devices, manure thermal mixing machines, solar energy and supporting facilities, compost turners, pelletizers, bagging machines and conveyor belts. They can meet your diversified application demands in various scenarios.
Q: Can you provide a complete equipment list?
A: We can issue equipment lists customized to your specific needs. The list for our standard fermentation tanks is available immediately. Lists for other products will be compiled according to your requirements to fully satisfy your operation needs.
Q: Is the deodorization system included in the solution?
A: Only the standard deodorization system comes as standard. Advanced deodorization systems are optional add-ons. We will design a matching deodorization scheme based on your deodorization requirements and on-site environmental conditions.
Q: Are there models with different processing capacities for selection?
A: Yes, six models are available with processing volumes of 100 m³, 120 m³, 130 m³, 160 m³, 200 m³ and 300 m³ respectively.
Q: What is the optimal moisture content of manure for treatment?
A: The standard varies for different livestock. Generally, the optimal moisture content ranges from 65% to 75%.
Q: Do chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure and other types of manure require pretreatment?
A: Chicken manure with moisture content ≤75% can be fed directly. Pig manure has excessively high moisture and must be screened via a solid-liquid separator first. Cow manure features overly low moisture and needs to be mixed with high-moisture organic materials before processing.

Q: How long is the equipment production lead time?
A: It depends on the factory's current production schedule. The lead time for brand-new equipment is generally 45 days.
Q: How long does installation and commissioning take?
A: Installation and commissioning take 1 to 1.5 months.
Q: What is the total lead time from order placement to official operation of the whole project?
A: Approximately two months.
