Integrating crushing, high-temperature sterilization and negative pressure drying functional units, no extra pre-treatment equipment is required. Gradient single batch capacity from 200kg to 2000kg is optional for daily scattered disposal of dead livestock on farms and batch emergency treatment during epidemic outbreaks. Treated dead livestock carcasses are fully converted into compliant recycled products without residual infection sources, complying with Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs specifications for dead animal harmless treatment. Complete Process Flow
- Closed feeding & crushing of dead carcasses: Whole dead livestock carcasses are fed into special shredder, automatically crushed and closed conveyed to rendering main machine;
- Standard high-temperature negative pressure sterilization: Chamber heats to constant 130℃ with continuous stirring of diseased materials. High temperature thoroughly eliminates various pathogenic microorganisms including avian influenza, foot-and-mouth disease and brucella;
- Negative pressure constant-temperature dehydration & drying: Chamber maintains negative pressure ≤ -0.06MPa, materials are dried at 100–140℃ for 4–6 hours. Negative pressure accelerates water evaporation to realize carcass volume reduction and drying;
- Recycled product discharging & separation: Dried sterile materials are separated into meat bone meal and industrial grease, both compliant for recycling and reuse.
