Adopting compact integrated structure without separate equipment assembly, it occupies small space and adopts mature Sanyi high-temperature negative pressure rendering & drying core technology, fully complying with national industry standards for livestock harmless treatment. The whole machine operates in fully closed negative pressure environment. 130℃ high temperature completely inactivates bacteria, viruses and parasite eggs, preventing odor and pathogenic aerosol leakage, realizing safe, pollution-free on-site harmless disposal. It simultaneously completes material volume reduction and resource conversion, balancing environmental benefits and income from recycled raw materials. Models cover single batch processing capacity from 200kg to 2000kg, meeting daily regular disposal demands of individual farmers and medium-small breeding bases.

Pre-shredding assembly: High-power spiral shredder (15kw crushing motor standard for 2000 model) with high-strength wear-resistant alloy blades and automatic feeding & blanking structure, eliminating manual separation of large carcasses;

Complete Process Flow
- Pre-treatment crushing: Dead livestock and poultry carcasses are fed into shredder, quickly crushed into blocks and automatically fall into rendering chamber;
- High-temperature rendering sterilization: PLC accurately heats chamber to 130℃ with continuous stirring. Combined high temperature, pressure and negative pressure thoroughly eliminate all pathogenic microorganisms;
- Negative pressure drying: Vacuum pump forms negative pressure chamber, materials are dried at constant 100–140℃ for 4–6 hours. Negative pressure lowers water boiling point to accelerate evaporation and shorten drying cycle;
- Discharging & resource separation: Dried materials are automatically discharged and separated into meat and bone meal (50%~55% protein, raw material for organic fertilizer) and industrial grease (raw material for biodiesel).
