Product Overview
Livestock & Poultry Manure Treatment Equipment is an integrated closed-loop disposal device developed to solve manure pollution pain points of breeding industry, covering full-process treatment of breeding wastes including chicken manure, pig manure, cattle & sheep manure and solid residue after solid-liquid separation. It realizes one-stop completion of feeding, thermophilic fermentation, deodorization and fertilizer discharging. Adopting compact vertical closed tank, its floor area is only 1/5 of traditional strip compost, and it can operate stably under high and low temperature in northern and southern regions. Fresh manure with moisture content ≤75% can be fed directly without straw auxiliary materials. Through metabolic decomposition of aerobic microorganisms, constant temperature fermentation at 65℃ for 5–7 days finishes harmless treatment, producing commercial organic fertilizer complying with NY525-2021 standard, thoroughly solving environmental problems of manure accumulation, odor disturbance and sewage discharge in farms. The whole machine adopts segmented modular design for convenient transportation, installation and maintenance, suitable for all sizes of large, medium and small breeding farms.

Three independent upper, middle and lower modules; middle double-layer insulated stainless steel tank with 304 stainless steel liner for hygienic material contact and thickened 201 stainless steel outer wall for impact resistance; polyurethane insulation prevents heat loss.

Heavy-load stirring & turning assembly
Main rotating shaft adopts Q355 thick-walled seamless pipe; spindle ratchet is integrally forged and quenched-tempered from 42CrMo alloy steel. Mixing blades combine Q355 load-bearing steel and 304 anti-corrosion stainless steel, resisting deformation and rust during long-term stirring of high-fiber manure.

Sealed deodorization & purification unit
Centralized odor collection followed by three-layer purification of primary water washing, pickling and ozonated water oxidation to degrade ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and other malodorous gases for qualified exhaust.

PLC full-automatic control unit
Matched with temperature, humidity, dissolved oxygen and pH sensors to automatically adjust aeration, stirring and heating rhythm; supporting remote mobile & computer control, automatic fault alarm and data recording.
