Chicken Manure Separator is special dry-wet separation equipment independently developed for manure of laying hens, broilers and free-range native chickens. Chicken manure features fine fluffy texture, lots of feather impurities and high nitrogen content, which easily adheres and blocks traditional separators. This model improves the whole machine structure to solve four major problems of chicken manure: blockage, insufficient dewatering, feather tangling and difficult fermentation. It adapts to three mainstream chicken farm manure cleaning modes: scraper plate, conveyor belt and water flushing manure. Separated dry chicken manure serves as high-quality substrate for high-end organic fertilizer, flower nutrient soil and aquaculture water fertilizer raw materials, while filtrate can be recycled for chicken house dust reduction spraying and manure tank circulation cleaning, fully meeting manure treatment demands of all large-scale chicken farms.

Special anti-feather tangling screw process

High-density dewatering process for fine fluffy chicken manure
Double-layer micropore precision screens combined with multi-stage progressive extrusion increase chamber pressure for fine chicken manure particles which are easy to permeate water but hard to squeeze dry. The moisture content of dry chicken manure is stably controlled below 58%, fluffy and non-sticky, which can be directly fermented without sunning and improves nitrogen content of organic fertilizer.
Special anti-corrosion process for high-nitrogen manure
Chicken manure contains much higher nitrogen and ammonia than other livestock manure. The whole machine adopts thickened seamless 304 stainless steel welding, and polished screens reduce manure adhesion residue, resisting high ammonia corrosion and avoiding rust perforation after long-term use.
