Complete Process Flow
- Mixed waste crushing pre-treatment: All livestock waste is fed into shredder, crushed into uniform blocks and automatically conveyed to rendering chamber;
- High-temperature negative pressure sterilization degradation: Chamber heats to 130℃ with continuous stirring. Combined high temperature and negative pressure decompose waste tissue and thoroughly inactivate all pathogenic microorganisms;
- Deep negative pressure dehydration drying: Chamber maintains negative pressure ≤ -0.06MPa, materials are dried at constant 100–140℃ for 4–6 hours to rapidly remove internal moisture;
- Resource separation output: Dried materials are automatically discharged and separated into high-protein meat bone meal (organic fertilizer raw material) and industrial grease to realize recycling of breeding waste.
