Intelligent Aerobic Fermentation Equipment for Livestock and Poultry Manure is an integrated intelligent complete set of equipment specially used to treat organic wastes including livestock and poultry manure, livestock and poultry carcasses, municipal sludge and kitchen waste. Adaptable to regions with high humidity and frigid climates, the equipment features a vertical closed tank structure to lower installation footprint.

Based on the principle of aerobic microbial fermentation, the equipment can directly receive organic wastes with moisture content ≤75% without adding any auxiliary materials. Aerobic microorganisms utilize organic matter in the wastes as nutrients and decompose it into small molecules such as CO2, H2O and NH3 via metabolism. Massive heat is generated simultaneously, raising the internal tank temperature to 65°C. Maintaining this temperature for 5–7 days kills pathogenic bacteria, parasite eggs, weed seeds and other harmful substances in the waste, achieving harmless treatment.
