Product Overview
SANYI double roller extrusion fermented manure granulator is designed exclusively for fully decomposed and fermented livestock manure, serving as the core forming unit of fermented organic fertilizer production lines. It only adapts to manure raw materials after 7-15 days aerobic fermentation and harmless treatment, eliminating defects such as roller adhesion, seedling burning and loose granules caused by processing unfermented raw manure. Based on the principle of bidirectional twin roller high-pressure extrusion, fermented manure can be extruded and formed directly at normal temperature without clay or adhesives, producing stable anti-pulverization granules. Models cover lab test machines and industrial mass production machines with hourly output of 2-8 tons. The whole machine adopts anti-corrosion steel, and rollers are strengthened with anti-corrosion and wear-resistant treatment to perfectly match the weak acid property of fermented manure. It can be matched with complete equipment including fermentation tanks, turners and screeners, widely applied in deep processing after manure fermentation of organic fertilizer factories and large breeding bases.
