Product Overview
The Screw Extrusion Dehydrator is a multi-functional pressing dewatering equipment with variable-pitch screw extrusion as core technology. It is not limited to livestock manure and can realize solid-liquid separation of high-moisture residues across all industries. The screw shaft continuously pushes materials, and backpressure at the outlet forms a high-pressure extrusion chamber to forcibly squeeze free water and bound water inside materials for rapid dewatering and volume reduction. Featuring compact structure and small footprint, it serves as standard pre-dewatering unit for organic fertilizer production lines, biogas systems, slaughter processing and food residue treatment. It can operate independently or be connected in series to full automatic processing assembly lines.

Core Process & Product Advantages
Variable-pitch screw pressurization extrusion process
The screw shaft features large pitch at feeding end and gradually reduced pitch at discharging end to continuously shrink chamber volume. Combined with dynamic backpressure plate, it accurately controls moisture of discharged dry materials, and extrusion force can be freely adjusted according to material humidity to adapt to high-viscosity and high-fiber residues.
Self-cleaning anti-blockage design
Arc diversion structure on screw blade edges scrapes residue attached to screen while conveying materials, reducing screen blockage frequency. Segmented screen cylinders can be disassembled and flushed separately without full machine disassembly, greatly shortening downtime maintenance.
High-strength wear-resistant & anti-corrosion process
The screw shaft surface is wear-hardened, matched with 304 stainless steel screens to achieve both wear resistance and acid-alkali corrosion resistance. The fully sealed chamber prevents sewage splashing, keeps workshop clean and avoids odor leakage.
Assembly line integrated process
Standardized feeding and discharging height allows direct connection with feeding conveyors, mixing machines and fermentation turners for automatic process connection without manual material transfer, cutting labor cost and adapting to factory continuous production.
