Product Overview
The solar photovoltaic array serves as the core power generation unit of the photovoltaic system for fermentation plants, composed of LONGi Hi-MO photovoltaic modules and a complete zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy support system, custom-developed for the top of fermentation tanks in biochemical and chemical factories. Based on the photovoltaic effect, the array absorbs photon energy from sunlight to generate direct current, acting as the energy source of the entire photovoltaic system. A single fermentation tank can carry 55 pieces of 585Wp modules, with a total installed power of 32.18kW per array and an average daily power output of 130kWh. The generated electricity prioritizes powering fermentation tank loads, and surplus power is fed into the public grid to greatly cut industrial power costs. The whole array adapts to harsh industrial conditions including high temperature, high humidity, acid and alkali corrosion, complies with explosion-proof, fire protection and tank load-bearing standards, and will not occupy operation space of the plant.
