The Fecal Solid-Liquid Separator is universal core pretreatment equipment for breeding environmental protection, biogas projects and organic fertilizer processing. It adapts to all types of high-moisture organic manure materials. Adopting composite dewatering technology of two-stage gravity filtration and screw extrusion, it completes solid-liquid separation of manure in one step, cuts breeding sewage discharge at source, solves three major industry pain points including excessive sewage discharge, difficult biogas residue stacking and over-high moisture of organic fertilizer raw materials, and realizes closed-loop utilization of manure with reduction, harmless treatment and resource recovery. Two-stage composite dewatering process
Free gravity filtration removes free surface wastewater first, then progressive screw pressurization achieves deep extrusion. The dual dewatering structure ensures smooth feeding, avoids blockage caused by crude fiber, hair and manure residue, and supports 24-hour continuous operation to match continuous sewage discharge of large-scale enterprises.
Full-body anti-corrosion process
Main body, screen cylinder and screw blades are integrally bent and welded with thickened 304 stainless steel, resisting acid and alkali corrosion of manure and adapting to high-corrosion manure environment with pH 4–9. Transmission parts are sealed and waterproof to avoid rust when placed outdoors.
Supporting resource utilization process
The moisture content of separated dry manure is stably controlled below 60%, loose and non-caking, which can be directly mixed with straw, wood chips and rice husks without sunning. It accurately adjusts material moisture to the optimal fermentation range of 55%–60%, accelerates high-temperature aerobic fermentation and improves organic matter content of finished fertilizer. Clear filtrate without large particles flows back to manure tank for barn cleaning, realizing zero external sewage discharge.
Low-maintenance & energy-saving process
Modular detachable cavity can be disassembled and flushed by one person; only screen and sealed bearings are vulnerable parts with low replacement cost. The motor has low power consumption to cut long-term electricity cost, and daily maintenance only takes 5 minutes of high-pressure flushing.
