Product Overview
The twin-shaft paddle mixer, also known as weightless twin-shaft mixing equipment, is designed based on the twin-shaft reverse convection stirring principle, serving as high-efficiency homogenizing mixing equipment exclusive for organic and bio-organic fertilizer industries. Different from single-shaft ribbon machines, two parallel main shafts with staggered inclined paddles rotate reversely synchronously to form a weightless fluidized mixing zone inside the tank. It rapidly blends organic materials with huge differences in density, humidity and fiber content, integrating lump breaking, uniform mixing and moisture conditioning. It is the core model for fine mixing before fermentation and batching before granulation.
