Product Overview
This SANYI double roller extrusion organic fertilizer granulator is the core forming equipment of organic fertilizer production lines. It adapts to all kinds of decomposed organic raw materials and forms granules directly by high-pressure extrusion of twin rollers without adhesives. The whole machine adopts split modular structure, equipped with thickened wear-resistant rollers and hard-tooth reducer with closed cabinet. It can process livestock manure, straw, mushroom residue, sludge, cake meal and other organic materials. The produced granules feature uniform hardness and anti-loosening performance, and no drying process is required for finished products, which greatly simplifies organic fertilizer production procedures. It matches small family workshops and medium-sized organic fertilizer factory complete production lines. Standard fixed type and small mobile test type are available, roller patterns and machine sizes can be customized according to capacity demand. The machine operates with low dust and controllable noise, fully complying with environmental standards.
