Product Overview
SANYI double roller extrusion chicken manure granulator is specially developed for the high organic matter, high uric acid and high viscosity characteristics of chicken manure, accurately matching fermented chicken manure processing of large-scale layer and broiler farms. Fermented decomposed chicken manure can be processed without deep dehydration. The machine compresses loose chicken manure into cylindrical or spherical organic fertilizer granules via mechanical high-pressure twin roller extrusion, with high hardness and anti-moisture pulverization finished granules. Models include small test machines and mass production machines specially for medium & small farms. The machine body resists acid and alkali corrosion, and rollers are strengthened with wear-resistant treatment targeting fine fibers and high viscosity of chicken manure, solving common defects of traditional equipment such as roller adhesion, material blockage and poor forming.
