Product Overview
SANYI double roller extrusion manure granulator is developed specially for forming processing of all kinds of breeding manure, targeting the pain points of fresh and fermented manure such as high viscosity, adhesion and difficult forming. It forms granules via high-pressure twin roller extrusion, serving as core equipment for resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure. It adapts to pig manure, cow manure, sheep manure and mixed breeding manure. Fermented decomposed manure can be fed into the hopper directly without deep dehydration and drying to produce regular organic fertilizer granules. Models include lab small test type and standard industrial type with hourly output of 1-5 tons. The machine body adopts anti-rust thick steel plate, and rollers are treated with special anti-adhesion and wear-resistant process for long-term continuous production of high-humidity manure. Matched with complete manure treatment equipment, it realizes closed-loop processing of manure reduction and resource recovery, widely applied in large-scale farms, manure treatment centers and organic fertilizer processing workshops.
