Product Overview
The skirt baffle feeding belt conveyor is a special feeding conveying equipment designed for large-inclination climbing feeding. Different from ordinary flat belts and basic leak-proof belt conveyors, it adopts the integrated conveyor belt structure of wave skirt and horizontal baffle to solve the problems of material sliding, accumulation and spilling during high-inclination conveying. It can directly connect silos, fermentation tanks and elevators to complete inclined automatic feeding. Taking into account the advantages of large conveying capacity and space saving, the equipment is suitable for organic fertilizer production lines with limited factory floor height and climbing feeding demand. It can stably transport dry and wet manure, block straw and granular auxiliary materials, serving as the main feeding conveying equipment at the front end of fermentation sections.

Production Process Advantages
The conveyor belt adopts seamless thermal vulcanization integrated forming process, with seamless integration of skirt, baffle and base belt, no falling off and no material storage gaps, and no dead corners for cleaning. The frame is integrally bent and welded of 304 stainless steel with multi-layer anti-corrosion passivation treatment, free of rust after long-term contact with manure. The large-inclination structure supports climbing conveying up to 45°, and the body length is 60% shorter than ordinary belts under the same lifting height, greatly saving workshop floor area. The modular quick-disassembly design of baffles allows replacement and cleaning without disassembling the whole belt. The rollers are made of seamless steel pipes with thickened wear-resistant layers, resistant to humidity and material impact, with extended service life. The whole machine reserves linkage signal interfaces, which can start and stop synchronously with the PLC system of elevators and fermentation tanks to realize automatic feeding matching.
