Farm Chicken Manure Dryer is a small customized air-source heat pump drying equipment exclusively for small and medium laying hen and broiler farms, optimized only for chicken manure characteristics. It matches daily waste disposal of standardized chicken farms raising 5,000-50,000 poultry, solving pain points of fresh chicken manure such as high moisture, strong ammonia odor, easy breeding of mosquitoes and bacteria and land pollution from stacking. Adopting integrated sealed heat pump drying chamber, it works independently without large supporting production lines to finish chicken manure dehydration, high-temperature ammonia removal, sterilization and deodorization, reducing moisture of fresh chicken manure (75%-80%) to below 20%. Dried chicken manure can be fermented into self-use organic fertilizer or sold as feed raw materials.
