Product Overview
The automatic flipping unloading elevator is a vertical feeding equipment specially used at the front end of organic fertilizer fermentation tanks. It is developed for lifting and transferring high-humidity corrosive materials such as livestock manure, straw fermented materials and organic auxiliary materials. It can feed materials independently or link with belt conveyors to form an integrated feeding system. Relying on the hydraulic flipping mechanism, the equipment completes automatic hopper lifting and fixed-point dumping without manual material receiving and dumping, completely replacing the manual barrel handling mode. It is suitable for small and medium-sized organic fertilizer workshops and manure treatment sections of large-scale breeding farms, solving industry pain points such as residual materials, material spilling and easy corrosion damage of traditional elevators, and serving as the core single machine for automatic feeding of fermentation tanks.

Production Process Advantages
The whole machine is integrally bent and formed of full 304 stainless steel with full argon arc welding process and passivation anti-corrosion treatment on welds, resisting ammonia odor from manure and high-humidity acid-base environment, with service life twice longer than carbon steel models. The whole machine adopts modular assembly and standardized parts, which can be disassembled and cleaned without special tools. The flipping mechanism is precisely CNC machined with adjustable flipping angle from 0° to 135°, realizing residue-free and splash-free unloading. The variable frequency stepless speed regulation process adapts to production lines with different capacities of 3–20 tons per hour. The integrated wiring of safety protection system and waterproof and dustproof electric control structure support 24-hour continuous long-term operation, with automatic shutdown protection in case of equipment jamming and overload to reduce operation and maintenance failure frequency.
