Livestock & Poultry Manure Rotary Dryer is a complete large-scale continuous drum drying set, matching 10,000-ton annual output organic fertilizer factories, large pig farms with ten thousand heads and cattle & sheep breeding bases for centralized waste treatment production lines. Different from static heat pump drying rooms, it adopts dynamic rotary drum drying technology to process mixed pig, cattle, sheep and chicken manure non-stop 24 hours a day with daily capacity of 5-50 tons. The moisture of feeding material ranges from 70%-78% and finished product moisture can be controlled at 13%-22%. The whole system links solid-liquid separation, feeding, drying, dust removal, discharging and pre-granulation processes to form a complete waste recycling production line, which also supports mass drying of straw, distiller's grains and slaughter leftovers. It is the preferred large waste treatment equipment for large breeding groups and organic fertilizer factories.

• Dynamic drum continuous drying process: Inclined rotating cylinder with multi-layer lifting plates continuously scatters materials into uniform material curtain for full convection heat exchange with hot air. • Multi-material compatible dispersing process: Built-in spiral crushing blades automatically break caked cattle, sheep and chicken manure to avoid cylinder wall adhesion without shutdown cleaning, ensuring continuous production line operation.
• Flexible dual heat source switching heating process: Switch freely between low-carbon energy-saving air-source heat pump mode and high-capacity biomass hot blast stove mode. Heat pump is used during off-peak electricity hours to cut power cost, while hot blast stove boosts output for tight production schedules.
• Three-stage zero-emission tail gas purification process: Triple treatment of cyclone dust removal, bag dust removal and biological spray deodorization ensures dust emission far below national standards and odor decomposition up to standard without dust diffusion in the factory.
• Heavy-duty wear-resistant anti-corrosion integrated manufacturing process: 12mm thickened cylinder steel plate, high-manganese wear-resistant steel lifting plates and anti-corrosion wear-resistant coating on material contact surfaces resist long-term corrosive manure processing without perforation, with service life over 10 years.

Continuously dried mixed livestock manure is fine, uniform and non-viscous with adjustable moisture of 13%-22%, germ-free and odorless, directly delivered to granulators for commercial organic fertilizer production. Synchronously dried auxiliary materials like straw and distiller's grains are evenly dried without raw cores and intact organic matters. Organic fertilizer finished products have stable fertility and no moisture caking during long-distance transportation.
