Product Overview
Manure dryer is a universal high-temperature air-source heat pump drying equipment, designed for harmless drying of all types of livestock manure, breeding waste and agricultural organic residues. It meets the general demands of small and medium-sized farms, small organic fertilizer workshops and regional waste treatment stations. Adopting the reverse Carnot cycle of air-source heat pump and closed constant-temperature drying system, the machine can finish dehydration, high-temperature sterilization, deodorization and egg elimination in one go, reducing the moisture content of fresh manure from 75% to below 25%. It also supports drying of forage, distiller's grains and mushroom residues, realizing reduction, harmless treatment and resource utilization of manure. It solves industrial pain points including malodor, mosquito breeding, environmental non-compliance and high transportation cost. Dried finished products can be further processed into organic fertilizer or feed additives to increase farm income.

Processing Effect
