Disconnect Power: Before performing any wiring operations, ensure that all power sources-including the DC supply from the PV array and the AC supply from the grid-are disconnected to prevent the risk of electric shock.
Connect the DC Side: First, connect the DC output of the PV array to the DC input of the grid-connection box. Ensure correct polarity matching; typically, the positive terminal is red and the negative terminal is black. Use appropriate DC cables and ensure all connections are secure.
Connect the AC Side: Connect the AC output of the grid-connection box to the AC input of the grid. Pay special attention to matching voltage and phase, ensuring the output voltage of the grid-connection box aligns with the grid voltage.
Grounding Connection: Connect the grounding terminal of the grid-connection box to the grounding system. Ensure effective grounding protection to prevent lightning strikes and electrical leakage accidents.
Check Wiring: Before energizing, carefully inspect all wiring to ensure connections are correct and secure, and verify there are no short circuits or poor contacts.
Power-On Test: Once verified, energize the system step-by-step: first activate the DC side, then the AC side. Observe the operating status of the grid-connection box to ensure there are no abnormalities.
