Operators must wear necessary protective equipment, such as hard hats, gloves, and safety goggles. It is strictly prohibited to reach into the machine or touch moving parts while it is in operation; performing maintenance, servicing, or cleaning while the equipment is running is also strictly forbidden.

Before entering the equipment (e.g., mixing tanks or hoppers) for cleaning or maintenance, the power supply must be completely disconnected. A clear "Do Not Switch On" sign must be placed at the power control box, and a designated person must be assigned to monitor the situation.

The equipment must be equipped with an emergency stop button. Safety interlock devices (such as safety limit switches on maintenance doors or manhole covers) must be kept in good working order to prevent failure.

Past accidents demonstrate that improper operation-such as failing to disconnect power, neglecting to use lockout/tagout procedures, or allowing safety devices to fail-can result in serious personal injury; therefore, safety protocols must be strictly observed.
