This series of equipment is designed for separating solids from liquids; the separated manure solids can achieve a moisture content of less than 60%. Both the solids discharge rate and moisture content are adjustable to accommodate feed materials of varying compositions. The separated solid particles can serve as raw materials for fish feed and organic fertilizer. Certain models offer high processing capacities and utilize separation methods such as vibration or extrusion.

The equipment is equipped with screens and features adjustable parameters and automatic cleaning mechanisms to prevent clogging. For the treated liquid effluent, removal rates for solids content, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Total Oxygen Demand (TOD), nitrogen, and phosphorus range from 70% to 95%.

Components such as the frame, screen housing, and screens are constructed from materials like stainless steel and undergo anti-corrosion treatment to withstand high-humidity and corrosive environments; the units operate with low noise levels.

Some models offer installation flexibility. The equipment features a high degree of automation and low power consumption during operation, with controls managed via simple start/stop buttons.
