Product Overview
The rendering & drying integrated machine is an integrated core harmless disposal main unit integrating two core procedures: high-temperature rendering sterilization and negative pressure vacuum drying. It serves as the core equipment of dead poultry waste disposal system. Abandoning split design of rendering and drying in traditional equipment, it integrates two process units inside a single sealed cavity, simplifying pipelines and floor space of the whole disposal system. Suitable for dead carcasses and slaughter scraps of chickens, ducks, geese and all kinds of poultry, it relies on dual technologies of 130℃ high-temperature sterilization and ≤-0.06MPa negative pressure drying to complete pathogen inactivation and material dehydration & volume reduction in one go. High-nutrient meat and bone meal is produced after treatment, delivering dual benefits of environmental governance and resource regeneration. It can be matched with front shredding, rear waste gas treatment and automatic packing accessories to form a complete disposal production line.

Process Flow
Raw material shredding pretreatment → Sealed conveying to rendering & drying integrated bin → 130℃ high-temperature stirring rendering sterilization → Continuous negative pressure vacuum drying for 4-6 hours → External discharge and purification of tail gas → Sealed collection and packaging of meat and bone meal finished products.
